Who We Are

Tritium Architectural Services is a professional MEP design company providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and ELV design services tailored to Dubai's regulatory environment. We work closely with developers, architects, and contractors to ensure every design is technically sound, codecompliant, and ready for construction.
Our role goes beyond drafting — we engineer systems that align with site conditions, authority requirements, and realworld execution needs.

Our MEP Design Expertise

Our in-house MEP team delivers fully coordinated designs covering:

Mechanical (HVAC) system design
Electrical power and lighting layouts
Plumbing and public health systems
Fire and life safety design
